Prior to the mega auction, Royal Challengers Bangalore retained several cricketers, including Virat Kohli. Just as they have brought back some old cricketers in the auction, new faces have also joined the team. All in all, how is the RCB team for next season? Mike Hesson, the team’s director of cricket operations, answered. He said that he is satisfied with the team.

RCB has bought 19 cricketers at a total cost of Rs 55.45 crore. They bought Hershal Patel and Wanindu Hasaranga for Rs 10.75 crore and returned them to the team. They have also included Josh Hazlewood (6.75 crore), Faf Duplessis (6 crore), Dinesh Karthik (5.5 crore) and Anuj Rawat (3.40 crore).
