Zimbabwe needed 16 runs to win in the last over and had only one wicket in hand. Indian star pacer Avesh Khan was caught in the third ball of the last over and got out, India was in the jubilation of victory. In the end, India managed to control their nerves in tense and exciting conditions and whitewashed hosts Zimbabwe by 3-0 in a 13-run victory.
