Kapil Dev and Zaheer Khan jointly hold the record for the most wickets in World Cup semi-finals. Kapil Dev took five wickets in 1983 and 1987, with a standout performance of 3/35 against England in 1983.Zaheer Khan’s debut semi-final appearance in 2003 saw him taking 3/14 against Kenya, contributing to India’s victory. He also played a crucial role in India’s win over Pakistan in 2011.
