Former Pakistan cricket star, Ramiz Raja, has offered a candid message to the team as they approach a crucial Super Four clash against Sri Lanka.

Ramiz shared his wisdom on his YouTube channel, urging the team to distance themselves from social media and television. He underscored the importance of mental rejuvenation, especially considering the emotional rollercoaster ride the team endured following their recent defeat to India.

“If anyone needs special practice, they can take it. Go to the pool, relax. Don’t touch social media, don’t watch television channels. There won’t be anything good there because the whole of Pakistan is disappointed. Get united. You point fingers at each other after such defeats, that too against India. That shouldn’t happen,” Ramiz advised.

With Pakistan and Sri Lanka both sitting at 2 points after two Super Four matches, their upcoming clash has essentially become a virtual semi-final. The winner of this high-stakes encounter will earn the privilege of facing India in the final.
