Indian pacer Mohammed Siraj has climbed to the top of the ICC ODI bowlers’ rankings. He has replaced New Zealand pacer Trent Boult at the top. Siraj’s rating point is 729. Bolt’s points have dropped, with 708 points, he is now in three.

Aussie pacer Josh Hazlewood is at number two, two less than Siraj’s rating points (727). Another Aussie pacer Mitchell Starc is in fourth place. In February last year, Siraj cemented his place in India’s ODI squad. After that, he played 20 matches in about a year and took 37 wickets.

Siraj overtook Boult and Hazlewood to reach the top due to his excellent bowling against Sri Lanka and New Zealand at home.

Afghan star Rashid Khan is number five. Adam Zampa is in sixth place. Bangladesh’s Shakib Al Hasan and Mustafizur Rahman are also in the top 10. Shakib’s position is seventh, and Fizz’s ninth. Pakistan’s star fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi is in eighth place.
