Middle-order batsman Mohammad Mithun, who is currently out of the national team, has been made the captain of the team. Mithun will lead the team in both formats. There are 8 more stars of the national team in the team. According to Bangladesh Cricket Board sources, the ‘A’ team will leave the country on a plane of Qatar Airlines on July 29 around 8:30 pm. ‘A’ team is going on the same flight.

The first four-day match will start from August 4. The second four-day match will be played from August 10. The three ODIs will be played on August 16, 18 and 20. St. Lucia is the venue for all the matches of the tour.
