India’s team got big bad news by losing the match

In a statement on Monday( December 5), the ICC confirmed the fine of the Indian cricketers. Each member of the team has been fined 80 percent of the match fee for slow over-rate.
According to Article 2.22 of the ICC Players’ Code of Conduct, cricketers are fined 20 percent of their match fees for every over of a slow overrate. In the match against Bangladesh, India was 4 overs behind the normal overrate. So the cricketers are being fined 80 percent of the match fee.
