BCB will complain about these two issues to the ICC

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) Director and Cricket Operations Committee Chairman Jalal Yunus confirmed the complaint on Thursday.
He told the media, “Bangladesh wants to discuss the wet field, fake fielding and umpiring in the match against India in the next meeting of ICC.” As you know, there is a meeting ahead in this Australia. But one thing at the end of the day the decision of the umpire and match referee is final. Of course, only people make mistakes.”
Earlier BCB media committee chairman Tanveer Ahmed Titu told the media, “We are discussing the issue among ourselves. I see if there is an opportunity to complain. In the current rules, this system is probably not available now. Despite that, we are looking at the matter.” Nurul Hasan Sohan said, ‘The field is wet, you are also seeing it from outside, we are also seeing it. Eventually, I think as we speak… there was a fake throw which could have been a 5 run penalty. That could have come our way. Unfortunately, that didn’t come either.’
