In response, Healy opened the batting for Australia and quickly regained control. She blazed her way up to 56 runs from just 29 balls, featuring three sixes and seven boundaries. Healy’s fiery innings came to an end when she skied a shot over cover and was eventually caught off Matthews’ bowling. Nonetheless, her explosive performance had already put Australia in a strong position at 107-2 in the 10th over.

Tahlia McGrath played a crucial role in ensuring a commanding start to Australia’s summer campaign. The all-rounder remained unbeaten with an impressive 60 runs off 32 balls, including three sixes and eight fours.
